Now open for lunch and dinner, Umi Shio fuses the artful craft of Japanese cooking, with the delicious flavours of South America , alongside a selection of new Japanese-inspired cocktails, mocktails and varieties of Sake, all served impeccably on the shores of Madinat Jumeirah’s private beach, with views of the ever-iconic Burj Al Arab.
Priding itself on serving “the best of Italy” – a phrase that is also donned in tiny lights on the restaurant wall, Luigia’s huge specially built Neapolitan wood-fired ovens and eye-catching pizzaiolos give a real sense of authenticity.
