- 3 slices ham
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp clear honey

Tip
Make it meat freeReplace the turkey and ham with 100g sliced chestnut mushrooms, 100g cooked peas or green beans and 50g shaved parmesan.
Method
Tip the bag of salad onto a large platter. Quarter, core and slice the pears, and roughly chop the walnuts. Scatter the pears and walnuts over the salad leaves. Cut the turkey and ham into strips and scatter over the top.
Mix together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, then drizzle over the salad just before serving.
