Sweet glazed pork

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 3 tbsp clear honey
- splash orange juice
- 4 pork loin steak or chops, trimmed of fat
- 4 heads bok choi, halved lengthways
Tip
Quick pork with vegetablesMake the marinade as above. Slice the pork into strips and fry in a hot wok with 1 tbsp oil for about 4 mins, then tip onto a plate. Add another tbsp oil, then stir-fry a 300g pack stir-fry vegetables for 3 mins. Pour over the marinade, add the pork and any juices, then stir through to coat. Serve with noodles or rice.
Method
Mix the five-spice powder, honey and enough orange juice to loosen, then smear over the chops. Leave to marinate for 10 mins.
Heat grill to medium, then grill the chops for 4-5 mins on each side, basting with any leftover glaze, until cooked through.
Steam the heads of bok choi for 2 mins until wilted. Serve with the pork chops, drizzled with any juices and glaze from the grill pan.
