Ingredients
- skimmed milk
- 1-2 squares of very dark chocolate
- a pinch of cinnamon
- a dribble of honey
- a low-fat oaty biscuit (optional)
Tip
Banana butter toastRoughly mash ½ banana, add 1 tbsp chopped walnuts and spread over a small slice of toasted rye bread. Add a drizzle of honey if you’ve got some.Choc-topped yogurt
Scatter 1 tbsp dark chocolate-coated raisins over a small pot low-fat natural or vanilla-flavoured yogurt.
Method
Fill a mug with skimmed milk. Add 1-2 squares of very dark chocolate, a pinch of cinnamon, a dribble of honey and heat in the microwave. Add a low-fat oaty biscuit if you like.
