Philly Intense tuna melt

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter , softened
  • 2 thick white bloomer slices
  • 2 tbsp Philadelphia Intense Garlic & Herbs
  • 50g tuna in olive oil , drained
  • ½ small red onion , finely sliced
  • salad and crisps , to serve

Method

  1. Butter one side of each piece of bread, then spread the Philadelphia Intense Garlic & Herbs over the other sides. Add the tuna and red onion on top on one piece of bread, then sandwich the other piece on top, buttered-sides out.

  2. Put in a frying pan over a medium heat, and toast for 2-3 mins on each side until golden. Cut in half and serve with salad and crisps, if you like.
