Ingredients

  • 140g Philadelphia Intense Garlic & Herbs
  • 1 red pepper , deseeded and sliced
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • sourdough crackers
  • few handfuls of salted crisps
  • handful of basil leaves
  • drizzle of olive oil (optional)

Method

  1. Spread the Philadelphia Intense Garlic & Herbs over the middle of a small board (ours was 30 x 20cm) in a thick layer leaving a 5-10cm border.

  2. Arrange the pepper, tomatoes, crackers and crisps around the cheese. Scatter over the basil and drizzle with olive oil, if using, to serve.
