Ingredients

  • 2 large oranges
  • 3 tbsp toasted coconut
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ½ sliced red onion
  • juice 1 lime

Method

  1. Cut away the peel and pith from the oranges, then thinly slice the flesh. Mix with coconut, parsley, red onion and lime juice.
