Matcha froyo ice lollies
Fancy a grown-up ice lolly, or need a vegan take on ice cream? Try these matcha froyo lollies made with coconut yogurt and matcha for a cooling summer treat

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 400g pot Coyo (coconut yogurt)
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- 100ml water
Method
