Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Quinoa, 1/2 cup Walnuts , 1/2 cup Pistachios, 1 cup Dates , 1/4 cup corn Flakes , 1/3 cup Honey, a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon .

Method

  1. Roast the Quinoa and Walnuts in a single layer in a medium heated oven for about 10 minutes till fragrant and lightly browned,let it cool down and meanwhile prepare the Dates mixture by mixing the soft pitted Dates , Pistachios, Corn Flakes , honey and spices then add the cooled roasted Quinoa and Walnuts, mix the ingredients well and press the mixture in a prepared tin lined with parchment paper, put the tray in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, cool down at room temperature and then cool completely in the fridge then cut in the desired size and shape.
