Immune-supporting mocktail
Keep colds at bay by mixing this mocktail with ginger and orange. Fresh ginger is thought to have antiviral effects, while orange will give a hit of vitamin C

Ingredients
- 20g ginger , peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 large orange , peeled, any pith removed
- ½ lemon , juiced
- ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- ice , to serve
- soda water , to top up (optional)
Method
Put the ginger, orange flesh, lemon juice, vinegar and honey in a blender. Blitz until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve into a jug, pressing down with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
Pour into an ice-filled tumbler and top up with soda water, if you like.
