Ingredients

  • 20g ginger , peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 large orange , peeled, any pith removed
  • ½ lemon , juiced
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ice , to serve
  • soda water , to top up (optional)

Method

  1. Put the ginger, orange flesh, lemon juice, vinegar and honey in a blender. Blitz until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve into a jug, pressing down with the back of a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.

  2. Pour into an ice-filled tumbler and top up with soda water, if you like.
