Ingredients

  • 170g pot Greek yogurt
  • juice ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • small pack basil, chopped
  • ½ small pack flat-leaf parsley, chopped

Method

  1. Blitz all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Season, then chill until needed. Can be done a day ahead.
