Ingredients
- 2 grapefruit, peel and pith cut away
- 4 oranges, peel and pith cut away
- 4 apricots, stoned and sliced
- 1 tbsp clear honey
Method
Segment the grapefruits and oranges into a large bowl to catch the juices. Stir in the apricots and honey, and serve.
