Easy garlic sauce

Make this easy garlic sauce with yogurt, tahini and lemon juice to serve alongside doner kebabs and burgers, or use as a dipping sauce with dough balls

Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 150g Greek yogurt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp tahini
- handful of chopped mint
Tip
Tzatziki with tahiniCoarsely grate some cucumber and mix with a pinch of salt. Leave to rest for a minute, then squeeze out the liquid and pat dry. Stir this through any leftover garlic sauce with some chopped mint, if you like.
Method
Crush the garlic cloves.
Combine the crushed garlic with the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, tahini and chopped mint.
