Buttered brussels sprouts

Make these brussels in the air fryer with lemon and butter for an easy festive side. Enjoy with traditional turkey and Christmas sides

Ingredients
- 750g brussels sprouts , trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ lemon , zested
Method
Toss the sprouts in a bowl with the oil and season. Cook at 180C in the air fryer for 20-25 mins until the edges of the sprouts are starting to turn golden and a fork goes into them easily.
Transfer to a warmed serving bowl. Add the butter and lemon zest, then give a final toss to coat in the melted butter just before serving.
