Basil & strawberry Pimm’s

Ingredients

  • small bunch basil
  • 500ml Pimm's
  • 1½ l chilled lemonade
  • 200g sliced strawberries

Method

  1. The night before, whizz the basil leaves with 500ml water. Fill 2-3 ice cube trays and freeze overnight until solid.

  2. On the day, mix the Pimm’s with the chilled lemonade in a large jug. Add some basil ice cubes and the sliced strawberries, stir and serve.
