Ingredients
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp clear honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 potatoes (about 350g), cut into small cubes
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- mixed salad, to serve
Method
Heat the air-fryer to 190C. Mix together 1 tbsp of the oil, the honey, soy sauce and paprika with some salt and pepper in a small bowl. Brush the chicken with the glaze, then air-fry for 8 mins.
Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water for 5 mins. Drain well, then toss with the remaining ½ tbsp oil, the herbs and some salt and pepper.
Tip the potatoes into the air-fryer, ensuring they sit in a single layer. Cook for a further 15 mins or so, turning halfway through, until the potatoes are crisp and the chicken is well browned and completely cooked through. Serve with a mixed salad, if you like.
