Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fruit jam
  • 1 bread slice

Method

  1. Place the fruit jam in the middle of a bread slice – do not spread. Fold the bread slice over and use a cookie cutter to cut out the edges into a round shape. Crimp the edges with a fork. You could also use an empanada maker for this, trimming off any extra bread at the end.
