From new Friday evening brunches to delightful daycations & staycations, here’s our suggestions for everything exciting in the UAE
Café Bateel
This award-winning restaurant renowned for its sophisticated dishes has introduced a new seasonal menu inspired by the wholesome flavours of the Mediterranean summer. Each menu item has been created using premium ingredients sustainably sourced from home-grown farms, including Bateel’s date groves in Al Ghat, Saudi Arabia, to the wheat fields of Umbria, Italy, and local farms in the UAE. In addition, Café Bateel supports sustainable agriculture by providing partner farms with composting ingredients to ensure organic and quality yields.
The Minestrone soup, a fiery beef broth with exquisite richness really is one of the standouts on the menu. It is served with small meatballs, Umbrian beans, Orzo pasta, crunchy croutons, and Parmigiano Reggiano. Additionally, the wild black cod is a delicacy that seafood-loving visitors must experience.
