The Fragole e latte hits the spot for dessert, boasting a refreshing strawberry salad and sorbet, accompanied with milk and vanilla foam and crunchy meringue for added texture.
The adrenaline-fueled restaurant, Akira Back, will offer sharing platters upon arrival, with a choice of two starters, one main, one dessert and a welcome beverage. Diners can feast on all-time favourites such as the seriously flavoursome Tuna pizza, Salmon tataki, the hugely popular AB tacos, and their signature sushi rolls. For entrées, tuck into Filet toban-yaki black market Angus steak, Josper grilled salmon served with garlic spinach, spicy teriyaki and nori rice crackers, and Jidori Chicken. The Apple harumaki or Black & white matcha cake offers an impressive ending to a memorable meal.
