Say hello to Villa Palma, a stylish dining destination in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, that draws inspiration from the cultures and cuisines of the Mediterranean, specifically Greece, Spain, Italy, Morocco and the South of France. The result is an unparalleled experience that takes diners on a gastronomic journey across some of the Mediterranean’s most cherished destinations.
Designed by FA Architects, the 1,250 sq. meter space captures the rich artistic influences from across the Mediterranean, with a modern dining room boasting abundant natural light interspersed with vibrant Italian-inspired furniture and artisanal tableware. A grand Moroccan courtyard takes centre stage within the GCC-based restaurant, coming to life with live performances on a custom-built platform.
Villa Palma’s extensive menu features timeless regional favourites and contemporary classics that are prepared with the finest ingredients and freshest produce. Diners can expect starters such as Tuna tartare, Patatas bravas, Beetroot and lentil salad, Fritto misto, Truffle ricotta, Olive all’ascolana and Focaccia di Romana Rosa. The main event calls for Black truffle pizza, Wagyu tenderloin, Grilled whole lobster, Salt crusted sea bass, Veal Milanese, Pasta alla norma and the aromatic Paella de marisco. Dessert lovers can enjoy a delectable Vanilla panna cotta, Flourless chocolate cake and Basque cheesecake to round off their meal.
And since weekend are not complete without a brunch, Villa Palma is offering a dynamic à la carte Saturday brunch experience from 12:30–5:30pm.
