Drawing inspiration from Italy’s culinary heritage, Torno Subito’s Classic Menu pays homage to time-honoured recipes, featuring a seven-course menu that includes Tagliatelle Al Ragù, a symphony of tender egg pasta with hand-chopped wagyu ragù, and the tantalising Agnelo, a roasted lamb rack with panella fritta and quince compote, concluding with Torno Subito’s signature dessert, Tiramisubito! Guests also have the option to pair this menu with carefully selected beverages.

The Evolution Set Menu

The nine-course menu brings a contemporary twist to authentic Italian cuisine, highlighting dishes like Fusillo Al Finocchietto, blending fusilli pasta and wild fennel leaf pesto with smoked eel, stracciatella ice cream, and crunchy bread crumbles for an explosion of rich flavours.

A standout dish is the Astice lobster ‘scapece’ style sauce in a bisque reduction, and dessert in the Ricotta E Limone, where luscious ricotta cheese meets zesty lemon. The set menu can be complemented by a six-course beverage pairing.
