Foodies rejoice! The Italian restaurant, Torno Subito welcomes diners to a new dining concept titled Massimo’s Friends, featuring a guest Michelin star chef

W Dubai – The Palm’s signature Italian dining destination, Torno Subito, is inviting gastronomes to a new and exclusive tasting menu experience, Massimo’s Friends.

The first edition of this sensational affair will take place on November 10, 2021; and includes an irresistible six-course menu boasting classics curated by two culinary experts.

Torno Subito’s chef de cuisine and handpicked protégé of Massimo Bottura, Bernardo Paladini will be joined by two Michelin star chef and the creative mastermind behind San Domenico restaurant, chef Massimiliano Mascia.

Get ready to Live La Dolce Vita with a Michelin star meal that will see chefs Bernardo and Massimiliano step into the kitchen and craft delectable dishes within each course.

The exquisite experience begins with Torno Subito’s Welcome from the kitchen, featuring Piadina bread, smoked eel, cacio e pepe sauce and pickled cabbage. Following this, reach for a Cocktail di gamberi 2.0 with steamed red shrimps, cocktail foam, sea asparagus, lettuce and black caviar; and Polpo, featuring roasted Mediterranean octopus, celeriac puree and black cabbage.

The gourmet journey continues with Uovo in raviolo, a creamy ricotta and spinach ravioli dish with egg yolk and black truffle; Risotto carciofi e animelle, with artichoke, sweetbreads and veal juice; and Guancia, a tender slow-cooked veal cheek, served with polenta, fossa cheese and balsamic sauce.

For the sweetest of endings to a sumptuous meal, Sottobosco will hit just the spot, featuring pumpkin, mushrooms, truffles, chocolate and vanilla.
