This includes live cooking stations serving up scrumptious dishes such as a Whole lamb spit roast on firewood; Premium Wagyu tenderloin, ribeye and striploin steaks sourced from reputable farms; 18-hours Smoked USDA prime brisket; a Black onyx tomahawk; an Oyster blade station, and more – each serving up to 30 people per station.
Seafood enthusiasts can opt for options such as a Premium oyster bar featuring a selection of Gillardeau, Fine de Claire, Sentinelle and Ostra Regal oysters; a traditional Seafood paella; Salt-baked wild sea bass; and a Seafood station with prawns, calamari, hamour fillets, sea bass and more.
