Start your long weekend right at the base of Ain Dubai with cracking new offerings at The London Project on Bluewaters Island
Boasting front row seats to the glittering grand opening of Ain Dubai on October 21, the world’s largest and tallest observation wheel located on Bluewaters Island, The London Project invites diners to join in the celebrations with a new menu, the debut of a live band and more.
As you take the spectacular live show including fireworks and laser shows, tuck into a carefully curated menu that embraces the unique flavours found in global cuisines, presented with a flair.
Begin your dining experience with plates from the raw bar such as a Juniper berry-cured salmon sashimi with wasabi and sour cream; Ceviche of Japanese king scallop with cucumber, onion, lime and chilli; Australian beef tartare with cured egg yolk and burnt onion purée; as well as locally-sourced Dibba Bay oysters.
Entrées include Glazed lamb ribs with homemade honey, cumin and coriander; Grilled wild tiger prawns with confit garlic, rosemary and sourdough; and Lobster brioche rolls with bisque aioli. For a lighter bite, opt for salads including Moroccan chicken couscous with dried apricot, pistachios and whipped yogurt; or an exotic Thai duck salad with nam jim dressing.
Mains call for bubbly-battered Chilean sea bass and chips; Hand-cut pappardelle with melt-in-the-mouth short rib; a Boston lobster with garlic butter and béarnaise sauce; or a fillet sausage roll with burnt shallot and truffle jus, an ode to The London Project’s home city.
Adding to your experience is a live band; and a three-day special for half-priced premium bubbly in celebration of the highly-anticipated Ain Dubai launch this long weekend.
