Take your pick from an array of local vegetable and nourishing nosh at The Hundred Wellness Centre’s organic Farmer’s Market

The Hundred Wellness Centre, located at Villa #21, 53B St., Jumeirah 1 in Dubai, has introduced a weekly Farmer’s Market brimming with local produce from IRG Organic Farms.

The Saturday morning affair will take place within the serene setting’s lush green garden; and will include stalls stacked high with fresh, vibrant ripe vegetables and herbs. You can also look forward to discovering new, unfamiliar produce.

Post shopping, stop by the 100 Café for a bite from their thoughtfully-curated daily menu featuring innovative health-conscious cuisine, specialty coffees, refreshing teas, satisfying smoothies and cold pressed juices.

New and nourishing highlights on the menu include Avocado on toast with candy beetroots, red radish and an organic poached egg, crowned with gomasio and a sprinkling of chilli flakes; and a Potato rosti, topped with ripe avocado, organic poached eggs and garnished with gomasio, chilli flakes and micro herbs.

Other signature, must-try dishes include Blue Moon oats, soaked in cashew milk with natural blue spirulina, cinnamon, Madagascan vanilla pods, organic maple syrup, strawberries, blueberries and wild goji berries; and the Spiralled zucchini and green apple salad with fresh mint and pistachios, tossed in a tangy white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, thyme and mint dressing.
