The journey begins just as the sun sets across the horizon, offering families and their loved ones a treasured “traditional meets contemporary” approach to Ramadan this year.

Take your seats indoors, or choose to dine al fresco on the gorgeous Chival terrace. An array of thirst-quenching beverages, including Jalab, Karkadh, Laban and Tamar hindi arrive; accompanied by a serving of nutritious nuts and dates.

Following this, diners are encouraged to tuck into a hearty Lentil soup with za’atar croutons before savouring a blend of traditional and contemporary Arabic dishes. Picture a selection of Middle Eastern salads and cold mezze such as Hummus, Muhammara and Vine leaves; and hot mini-Lebanese mezze, including Cheese fatayer, Shrimps provençal, Meat kibbeh and wood-fired Manakish.

Main starring Lamb shank with ouzi rice, Baked seabream with tahini, Dawood basha, Chicken molokhia and an Iranian mix grill serve to satisfy. Finally, the grand ending arrives in the form of decadent Mixed Arabic sweets and tempting desserts, including Kunafa with a caramel honey sauce, a Rose-scented halwa cheesecake and an Orange blossom scented panna cotta treat.

Don’t leave just yet. Sit back and reach for a shisha, brimming with various flavours for you to choose from, at a special Iftar price.

Extend the evening for Suhoor in the adjacent courtyard, where diners may enjoy the tranquil and cosy environment alongside sumptuous à la carte dishes.
