Say hello to Meatology, a spectacular artisan butcher shop and grill sited in The Sustainable City, Dubai. The brilliant brand opened its doors to meat enthusiasts earlier this year, in May 2022, with one mission in mind. To serve exceptional quality meat to Dubai’s community. Meatology has also made it its goal to set an example for how butchers and food stores can adopt a responsible approach to sustainability, whilst still providing top-notch products and services.

The butchery and grill boasts a wide selection of premium meat, including Premium Wagyu Picanha MB5+, USDA Prime Angus tenderloin and the mighty Tomahawk, originating from Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Alternatively, if you prefer other meat items, frozen or chilled, look for Marinated chicken and meat skewers; or the Kibbeh, Sambousek, Fatayer, Chicken nuggets and Angus beef franks. The creative concept also offers freshly-prepared daily meals and nutrient-rich Chicken, Lamb and Beef bone broth, apt if you’re looking to boost your immunity as the winter season approaches.

For those who prefer to grab their meat fix hot off the grill and make the most of the pleasant al fresco dining weather, head to Meatology’s foodtruck located in The Sustainable City itself. Picture big burgers, sandwiches and portions of smoky brisket, accompanied by creamy milkshakes and sinful desserts. Menu highlights include Grilled chicken burgers, Classic beef burgers, Cheesy cheeseburgers and juicy Bronze steak sandwiches.

Apart from these favourites, the Wafsicle (waffle on a stick), Lothbrok smoked rib burger (inspired by the Vikings), Burger of the Month and Boerewors (a type of sausage that originated in South Africa) loaded fries are also loved amongst families and students. The best part, if you prefer a “movie and chill” evening at home, Meatology currently serves nearby communities through Instashop, NowNow, Talabat, Deliveroo, Zomato and Careem. They also offer free delivery for those living within The Sustainable City.
