Robert Wan, also known as the Emperor of Pearls, is the world’s largest single producer and exporter of the French Polynesian gem.

Presented in a sophisticated jewellery box, Bijou de Perles with Robert Wan offers a French twist to an afternoon tea. Relish sweet choux pastry bites and savouries that combine local and French flavours. Desserts include Tahitian vanilla, mango passion and saffron cream, as well as raspberry with yuzu and chocolate Macao with hazelnut. Complementing this experience is a magnificent display of edible chocolate pearls, a feast for the eyes.
