Margaux is set to launch at Jumeirah Mina A’Salam on September 1, featuring a variety of decedent French pastry classics from perfectly layered millefeuille to tarts and avant-garde pastries. Inspired by French culture, Margaux also offers delightful pastries and desserts in signature gift boxes with online order and home delivery options.
Alexandre Dufeu, Jumeirah Mina A’Salam’s Executive Pastry Chef sets out to create an indulgent experience with smooth flavours and textures. Alexandre began his career at Grand Hotel Des Thermes in France, as Chef de Partie, working his way up to Chef Patissier at Hotel Plaza Athenee, where he was mentored by the renowned Alain Ducasse and Angelo Musa.
An intimate patisserie with refined accents and a warm-lit ambience, Margaux transports diners to the heart of Paris. The menu boasts individual French pastries, or Les Petit Choux, including the Saint-Honoré, Mille-Feuille, Tiramisu, Paris-Brest Hazelnut, Chocolate Cake, Pistachio Flan, Button Cake and Chocolate Éclair. Diners can also select an array of luscious Gateaux, featuring the Seasonal Fruit Tart, Saint-Honoré, Gateau Chocolat or Chocolate Marble Cake.
