The Pangolin launches a new breakfast menu for kids and re-launches its Lowlands breakfast menu
Gather the children for this newly launched breakfast menu showcasing fun dishes such as the friendly-named Hippo in a Pond (a milk chocolate porridge with strawberries); a mini pancake stack with fresh banana and chocolate sauce; a colourful breakfast pizza with tomato, egg and crispy beef bacon and a fresh fruit Rubik’s cube. Kids can also make friends at the kids area, making it an ideal venue for family breakfasts.
Freshly made with locally-sourced ingredients, the updated Lowlands breakfast menu comprises dishes from Head Chef Troy Payne such as the mighty skillet with eggs, home-made boerewors, butternut hash brown, beans, wild mushroom and biltongaise; and home-made hot smoked salmon with poached eggs, pull apart bread soldiers and caperberry mascarpone and dill dressing.
Making a debut on the updated menu are dishes such as the 3-egg omelette filled with chopped local greens and feta on grilled sourdough and herbed avocado; Pangolin breakfast pita pockets with charred house-made herbed chicken sausage; poached eggs and sautéed spinach; nutty coconut granola with honied yoghurt and chopped seasonal fruits; truffled chocolate babka with coffee custard filling and Pangolin French toast with mixed fruit compote and mint swirl ice cream.
Breakfast is served from 8am-11:30am (weekdays) and 8am-12:30pm (weekends). For reservations, contact +97154 4438 288 or email hello@thepangolindubai.com
