The ceremony, held in Abu Dhabi on 28 January 2025, was a defining moment for the bistro, cementing its reputation as a pioneer in the region’s culinary scene. Remarkably, Orfali Bros Bistro has retained the top spot for three consecutive years, having previously been named #1 in 2023 and 2024.
Founded by the talented Orfali brothers—Mohammad, Wassim, and Omar—the bistro continues to captivate diners with its innovative blend of global flavours and Middle Eastern heritage. At the 2025 awards, organised in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), the Orfali brothers proudly accepted the coveted honour.
