Located on the shores of the Dubai Creek, in the heart of Park Hyatt Dubai, NOÉPE has introduced a new weekend breakfast menu.
Welcoming diners to enjoy the most important meal of the day, the newly launched menu includes an array of eggs cooked to perfection, classic waffles and pancakes, ever popular healthy acai bowls, as well as a cheese and yogurt selection.
Guests can enjoy a wide range of breakfast items within the contemporary interior setting, or out on the terrace, overlooking the Creek and Dubai skyline. The dishes are made to order and served with a side of sunshine and blue skies, every weekend between 8am and 11:30am.
The newest additions to the menu utilise specially sourced ingredients prepared by skilled chefs. Guests can sample delicious classics with a twist, such as coconut waffles (AED 55), served with mixed berries, preserved strawberries and a side of sour cream; and flavoursome chia seed pancakes (AED50), dished with a succulent mango and banana, drizzled with Vermont maple syrup. The city’s favourite, trendy Acai bowls are a highlight in the breakfast selection, offering four different options for diners to choose from (from AED 60).
Guests who prefer savoury options can indulge in delights such as a charcuterie board (AED 70), including a selection of cured sliced meat, served with a side of chutney, mustard, homemade pickles and fresh bread; or a selection of French and Italian cheese (AED 60). Or, why not try the organic scrambled eggs with caviar (AED 95), promising to excite the taste buds with its rich taste and luxurious texture; and eggs benedict the easy way (AED 75) with a choice of lobster or salmon, served with béarnaise sauce.
