All proceeds from the Cook for Beirut dinner will be donated to the Lebanese Red Cross
Inspired by Clerkenwell Boy and Serena Guen, the creators of a charity dinner in aid of UNICEF UK’s humanitarian work helping children and refugees affected by the crisis in the Levant, Gates Hospitality is bringing together a team of local chefs to Cook for Beirut.
Collaborating for a series of charity dinners, chef Rita Soueidan, Bethan Kehdy, Ruby Chaer, Mohammad Orfali, and Greg Malouf, will bring together their creative culinary forces for a four-course dinner. The evening at Reform Social & Grill (August 18th) is already a sell-out event, however, due to demand, the same menu will run the following evening at Publique (August 19th) as well.
The four-course dinner is priced at AED385 per person. Contact +9714 454 2638 or WhatsApp +97158 647 8692 for Reform Social & Grill, The Lakes Dubai. To dine at Publique, contact +9714 430 8550 or email info@publique.ae.
