Mark your calendars for a limited-edition epicurean experience from Chef Julien Royer of Odette, Singapore, twice ranked No.1 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants
LPM Restaurant & Bar in Abu Dhabi is all set to host three Michelin-star chef Julien Royer for an exclusive celebration, as part of the inaugural edition of Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants.
The gastronomic event, which is set to take place on February 6, will feature an unparalleled menu from the French chef. Diners can expect classics from one of his most successful ventures Odette, Singapore, twice named No.1 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants; alongside signature sharing plates from his latest concept Claudine, in Singapore too.
Whether you choose to dine in the intimate indoors or al fresco on the stunning waterfront terrace, you can be assured of a memorable evening.
To begin, diners can indulge in fine appetizers such as Botan ebi taco and coriander, Hokkaido uni and brown butter and Tartelette crudites bagna cauda. Following this, a specific selection of dishes that replicate the celebrated chef’s French background with Asian influences arrive. End the evening tucking into Aloe Vera, with verjus, grape and Oolong tea; and Pariteroles, with Tahitian vanilla, Guanaja chocolate and pecan praline.
