Jun’s is set to host an exclusive four-hands dinner in partnership with modern fine-dining venue Chez Wam
This exciting collaboration, titled Coolab Vol. 2, will feature Chef Kelvin Cheung from Jun’s and Chef Hadrien Villedieu from Chez Wam, who will create a memorable dining experience centred around the theme of cooking for friends. Scheduled for Monday, 21st October, from 7 pm to 11 pm at Jun’s in Downtown Dubai, this intimate event will accommodate only 40 guests, offering a unique opportunity to engage with both chefs during a twelve-course culinary journey.
Both chefs are distinguished by numerous awards and accolades, and this collaboration highlights their innovative approach to cuisine. Chef Kelvin will draw on his French culinary training from Belgium to craft French-inspired dishes, while Chef Hadrien will prepare a selection of Asian-inspired offerings.
The thoughtfully curated menu will feature an array of exquisite dishes, starting with snacks such as Oysters, Escargots, Bao Peking Duck, and a Not a Deep Dish Pizza. The starter selections include Crispy Dumplings and Spring Roll 2.0, while the main courses will showcase Hot Fish, XO Lobster Rice Noodles, Char Siu Grilled Seabass, and Mongolian Short Ribs. Dessert will conclude the evening with Pistachio Matcha, Garrett Popcorn Pie, and a selection of petits fours, including a Fortune Cookie and Passion Fruit Marshmallow.
