INKO NITO expands to Saudi Arabia

This renowned Japanese restaurant concept from London is now expanding to Saudi Arabia

INKO NITO is known for its unconventional twist on the traditional robatayaki experience, blending Japanese and Korean culinary influences. Founded by Rainer Becker, co-founder of the acclaimed ROKA and Zuma brands, the first INKO NITO opened in Soho, London, in 2018.

In London, the restaurant delights diners with a robata grill-centric menu featuring the INKO Steak frites with spicy beef, Chicken tsukune with shichimi, INKO burger with Wagyu and truffle cream cheese, Miso Canadian black cod with pickled daikon, and Salmon fillet.

The exact location of the new Saudi Arabian branch has yet to be announced.
