Mark your calendars for Sublimotion Ibiza, a multi-sensory dining journey at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira

The luxurious Mandarin Oriental Jumeira has an electrifying experience planned for Dubai. The beach resort is offering diners the chance to experience a limited-edition, magical culinary extravaganza from Sublimotion.

The prestigious Sublimotion opened in 2014 on the Spanish island of Ibiza to instant recognition and glory. The brainchild of Paco Roncero, chef and owner of two-Michelin-starred Paco Roncero Restaurante in Madrid and creative director Eduardo Gonzales of Vega Factory, the restaurant is designed to astonish diners with a multi-sensory journey marrying art, gastronomy and technology.

Offered to just 12 diners at a time, a seat around the table will have you indulging in molecular gastronomy and haute cuisine paired with incomparable performances.

The immersive show features screens everywhere you look, from the walls to your table, stimulating your senses with imagery projected onto every surface.

The once-in-a-lifetime experience will be offered from November 4, 2021 to February 4, 2021.
