Calling all home chefs! Book your spot for folly’s four weeks, four recipes, four unique experiences cooking classes
Home cooking doesn’t have to be difficult, especially if you know how to slice, dice, cook and serve like a professional chef. Now, you can learn how to do so at one of folly’s new summer cooking classes. It doesn’t matter if you’re a first-timer or a culinary connoisseur, the classes at folly cater to all abilities.
Launching in the first week of July, with their “fish fresh from the sea” class, the two-hour session includes time with the chef learning the tricks of the trade; and ends with a sit-down lunch to enjoy the fruits of your labour, a three-course lunch, accompanied by free-flowing grape throughout lunch.
The masterclass, taught by folly’s award-winning chefs, can accommodate up to 8 people in total, ensuring everyone gets one-on-one time with the team of talented culinary professionals.
The first week of the Cooking Class includes Fish preparation and cooking, Fish fresh from the sea; the second week offers Poultry preparation and cooking, All things Poultry; week number three includes Steak and chips with Bearnaise sauce, for the love of Steak; and finally, in week four, learn Beef Wellington, The signature Beef Wellington.
Gift bags will also be handed over to you after the class, which include a branded apron, a spoon, notebook, pen and recipe cards.
