February 30 is a buzzing homegrown Beirut concept sited on Palm West beach at Palm Jumeirah. Starring picture-perfect views of Dubai Marina, vibrant vibes and natural, earthy elements fused with bold colors, prints and patterns, the setting is wonderfully eccentric.

The name February 30 comes from the “date that never was”; and champions the essence of daring boldly and celebrates everything that is unique and eclectic, exciting the senses in an unparalleled setting.

Diners can look forward to a meticulously-crafted menu from culinary genius, chef Reif Othman, who has taken the reigns in creating beautifully simple, yet delectable offerings that align perfectly with the easy-going vibe of February 30. Bites will include a luscious variety of sushi, nigiri, sashimi and uramaki rolls, seafood and raw dishes, tacos and burgers, as well Italian favourites including pasta and risotto.
