The internationally renowned Via Toledo has opened its doors at Address Beach Resort JBR

Hailing from the cosmopolitan city of Vienna, Via Toledo was founded in 2016 by pizza master and Chef Francesco Calo. The culinary concept has now added a new addition to its family, with the launch of a new setting in the Address Beach Resort, Jumeirah Beach Residence.

Diners can look forward to a delightfully-unique Italian menu, starring signature Neapolitan-style pizzas with toppings such as beluga caviar, alba white truffle and more.

Via Toledo not only serves up sublime Italian cuisine, but each dish on the menu comes with a recommended grape pairing from a carefully-curated list of fine grape.
