The InterContinental Dubai Festival City invites diners to indulge in luscious French cuisine, presented by the Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire

The highly acclaimed French chef Pierre Gagnaire will be returning to Dubai to take the helm at his restaurant, Pierre’s Bistro; and to curate an exquisite Afternoon Tea offering at Choix Patisserie & Restaurant.

Sited within the InterContinental Dubai Festival City, Pierre’s Bistro is one of Dubai’s most sought-after French dining destinations. This March, the gastronomic genius and his team will be serving up delectable dishes such as a lightly-grilled Omani shrimp, Sole meunière and Caraïbes ganache for a sinful ending. This is indeed a unique opportunity to sit down to a dinner presented by the distinguished chef.

Thereafter, chef Pierre Gagnaire will be crafting a French-style Afternoon tea at Choix Patisserie & Restaurant, featuring a premium collection of Parisian delicacies. Expect the likes of Croque monsieur, Egg concoction and homemade macaroons and chocolates.
