This award-winning Beirut-born lounge offers music performed by renowned bands and DJs, curated art exhibits, brunch gatherings and sunsets every day of the week.
Renowned dishes include grilled octopus with red bell pepper mousse, grilled salmon with a sesame crust, passion fruit sauce and creamy potato, Angus beef carpaccio with truffle, wild rocket and Parmesan on traditional southern Italian flatbread, tuna ceviche with sambal oelek, lemon juice and watermelon, and teriyaki-marinated seared Angus beef topped with fresh lemon wedges. The chef’s selection offers delectable dishes such as Wagyu beef fillet with katsu sauce in Japanese milk bread and the royal lobster roll, with mixed fresh lobster meat and topped with caviar.
Due to the popularity of Chef Mostafa’s creations, a dedicated sushi night ‘Taste of Iris: Unlimited Sushi Night’ has been launched every Wednesday night from 8pm. In addition to spicy tuna, the Iris special, shrimp tempura and vegetarian uramaki rolls, guests can enjoy edamame, crab and crispy salmon salads, and salmon and tuna sashimi.
