Dubai’s homegrown eatery caya invites diners to enjoy an impressive new menu, inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean
caya, the elegant homegrown eatery located in the heart of Nshama Town Square, has revealed a charming new menu. Headed by Corporate Chef Joseph El Hajj, the new selection promises a dining experience starring a fresh take on classic cooking traditions and practices.
Take your seat in the minimalistic yet aesthetic ambience, complete with tropical inspired elements, before beginning your culinary journey.
The menu offers an array of breakfast specials, including caya’s signature Breakfast bun, alongside delicacies such as Avocado cruffle and Shakshuka-ti and more. If you’re looking for a heartier option later in the day, caya offers an assortment of woodfired pizza using 48-hour proofed sourdough. Options on offer include the Za’atar burrata and the Akkawi Raspberry. The menu also features a summer salad with aged balsamic and feta mouse, watermelon and basil oil; and sides such as the Beet bloom and a classic interpretation of a Caesar salad round off the list of lighter bites.
Mains call for a showstopping Parmesan taglioni and a Greek Chicken with a signature caya dip and roasted tomatoes. Alternatively, reach for the seabass fillet or the grilled rib-eye steak completed by a creamy peppercorn sauce and a generous serving of thick cut potato wedges. Other innovative offerings include a Scrambled egg muffin and a Spaghetti & lamb meatballs slow-cooked in a rustic tomato sauce.
A good meal is not complete without a good dessert; and diners are encouraged to indulge in homestyle desserts such as a Nutella tiramisu, a mango cheesecake and more.
