The prestigious Middle East and North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards Ceremony to take place at the luxurious Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers
Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is all set to host the celebrated Middle East and North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards Ceremony on February 7. The first edition is an exciting extension of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants which, through a structured voting procedure, bestows annual rankings to the world’s top restaurants.
Now, the 19 countries that make up the Middle East and North Africa will participate in their own awards ceremony which will celebrate gastronomy and reveal the region’s 50 best restaurants at the VIP gathering in the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers.
One of the city’s most iconic culinary hotels, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is home to 12 award-winning restaurants and bars, such as VaKaVa, SOLE and Li Beirut. Some highlights of the landmark event that runs from February 4 to 8 include a #50BestTalks MENA: United Through Food, a thought-leadership forum; live chef-led 50 Best Masterclasses; and a series of dining events helmed by international and local chefs.
One such exclusive dinner will be held at Tori No Su, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers with Natsuko Shoji, Asia’s Best Pastry Chef 2020 and the owner of Été, an exclusive one-table, six-seat restaurant in the heart of Tokyo which ranked No.83 in the extended 51-100 list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2021.
The exquisite seven course set menu from Chef Natsuko Shoji will feature indulgences including a King crab tart, a Cold tomato soup with flounder & fruit tartare, caviar mille-feuille, Edamame shrimp flan, Mackerel taco & salsa, MB7 Wagyu beef and truffle and a lush Mango tart.
