MOLI in Dubai Hills Business Park is celebrating Chinese New Year with a week-long dining experience. The menu features eight Cantonese dishes, including Mix Seafood Salad, Furong Chicken, and Jue Jue Red Snapper. On 28th and 29th January, a five-course set menu is available with highlights like Wok Turnip Cake and Traditional Squirrel Seabass, accompanied by zodiac-themed beverages. The festivities also include live entertainment such as a Guzheng player, Lion Dance, and Hand Fan performance. Guests can participate in the tradition of writing wishes on red envelopes and hanging them on bonsai trees.
