Three of Dubai’s leading chefs will be joining forces for a special one-off dinner
Chef Colin Clague is teaming up with Nick Alvis and Scott Price to serve up signature specials on February 2, in celebration of Nick and Scott’s decade in Dubai.
The six-course menu will highlight the best of their culinary experience from Q’bara, Zuma, Ruya, Table 9 and folly by Nick & Scott.
The evening commences with cold appetisers such as Zeytinyagli fava beans, grilled bruschetta, compressed cucumber and feta; slow roasted baby beetroot, goat’s cheese and a yogurt biscuit crumb from Ruya; and butterhead lettuce, mustard and sour cream from folly by Nick & Scott. Hot starters comprise crispy hens’ egg, pancetta and maple syrup from folly by Nick & Scott, and grilled quail wrapped in a vine leaf, pistachio labnah & honey from Q’bara.
For the third course, expect a seafood duo of prawn briouites (fresh prawns, brik pastry and harissa) from Q’bara, and scallops, hoi-sin and toasted cashew nuts from Table 9, followed by lamb saddle, whipped pine nuts and salsa from folly by Nick & Scott, and the marinated duck breast with a honey sancho glaze from Zuma. Desserts are on the menu too, but we’ll keep that as an element of surprise for now.
The tasting menu is complete with a selection of premium pairings and live entertainment for a memorable dining experience.
