Celebrate tradition and togetherness at Emirates Golf Club

Sponsored: Experience a unique Ramadan Iftar at Emirates Golf Club, blending traditional West Asian and North African flavours with modern culinary twists by Chef Bethany Kehdy

Take a seat within the serene Royal Majlis and embrace the spirit of Ramadan while indulging in a menu that blends heritage with contemporary flair. Bethany Kehdy, known for her dedication to reviving the region’s flavours, brings her Lebanese roots and culinary expertise to the table, while Chef Dayan Anthony’s modern techniques add a contemporary twist. The result is a menu that honours time-honoured dishes while reimagining them for today’s palate.

Guests are welcomed with the comforting aromas of incense and the soft glow of lanterns, setting the stage for an evening of rich flavours and cultural immersion. Start with hummus elevated with za’atar pesto, beetroot mutabal with apple salsa, and Beiruti tabbouleh.

Warm up with lentil soup or spiced harira before indulging in mains like slow-braised lamb shank with smoky freekeh pilaf, seafood machboos, or saffron-infused chicken fatteh. Live cooking stations offer freshly prepared ouzi, handmade pasta, and mixed grills, adding an interactive touch to the experience.

To round off the meal, a selection of traditional sweets awaits—from syrupy kunafah nabulsi and flaky baklava to the comforting warmth of Umm Ali. For those who prefer a more familiar ending, rich chocolate mousse, creamy rice pudding, and fresh seasonal fruits provide a sweet finale.

Available from sunset until 9pm. AED295 per person inclusive of soft beverages, and AED95 for children between 5-12 years old. Children below 5 dine for free. Every Saturday and Sunday, children aged 12 and below dine for free.
