Diners can look forward to a unique Iftar experience on the Bull & Bear terrace, where traditional décor sets the scene for a memorable evening. The menu features a variety of options, including classic chicken and vegetarian mains such as shish tawook and rigatoni pomodoro, complemented by a rotating selection of lamb dishes throughout the week.
The meal begins with a selection of mezze, including stuffed vine leaves, hummus, and flatbreads cooked over the coals. Lamb specialities change daily, featuring lamb neck with preserved lemon and rose harissa on Mondays, smoked and glazed shanks on Tuesdays, and 24-hour slow-cooked shoulder with Baharat spice on Wednesdays. Thursdays present a lamb rack with pomegranate and mint, while Fridays introduce the “All of the Lamb” experience—an interactive live station where guests can select their preferred cuts, freshly carved by the chef. Saturdays offer a Freekeh, apricot, and sage-stuffed lamb saddle, and Sundays conclude the week with lamb leg shawarma served with tahini and pickles.
For those seeking a lighter option, there’s baked sea bream with saffron rice, Provençal vegetables, and rocca salad. The meal also includes two soups—Shorbat Adas and minestrone mushroom broth—adding a comforting touch to the dining experience.
The evening concludes on a sweet note with Hardiman’s signature sticky toffee pudding, served with vanilla ice cream and kunafa, ensuring a memorable Iftar under the stars.

St. Trop
Dine amidst the glittering skyline at the ultra-chic rooftop lounge atop Waldorf Astoria DIFC. The experience includes a choice of two hot and cold mezze, such as hummus, muhammara, and kibbeh, along with a selection of main dishes, including Chicken shawarma wrap, Cheese & zaatar or cheese & tomato flatbread and Shakshouka.
