A touch of Mediterranean fine-dining has arrived in Sharjah with the launch of Caya  

Caya Sharjah is all set to open its doors to Sharjah residents this March. Located on the prominent coastline of Al Dhaid Road and University City, the restaurant will bring a fresh perspective to the emirate’s dining scene.

Diners can look forward to elegant Mediterranean-inspired décor, expansive seating and chic interiors, complete with minimalistic tones and tranquil aesthetics and design elements. Sleek seating arrangements take centre stage, while diners get ready for a memorable culinary journey.

The gastronomic experience begins with an array of wood fired pizza featuring a 48-hour proofed sourdough base; while an all-day menu offers star dishes such as, Greek Chicken simmered in yogurt and garnished with roasted tomatoes and a classic interpretation of the signature Pistachio labneh layered with strips of olives, parsley and pesto. Must-try dishes include the Angel hair arrabiata with pink sauce and the Parmesan tagliolini with a creamy cacio e pepe sauce.

Exclusive options for the little ones include, Chicken tenders, Pizzeta margherita and mini burgers.

A good meal is not complete without a sweet treat and Caya Sharjah has just the dessert selection for you. Indulge in Donut torrijas, Tiramisu rocher and a chef’s twist on Kunafa pudding. Infused mocktails and delicate floral teas serve to complement your meal.
