Parisian bistro, Cassette DXB located at The Courtyard, will be launching its first in-house supper club ‘Chef Unleashed’ on January 19. Head Chef Shaunne Cordier is at the helm of the kitchen, aiming to give diners an insight into true modern Parisian cuisine.

Offering just 30 seats, this exclusive dinner will kick off at 8pm and showcase an array of meat and seafood across five exquisite courses. Keeping up with the exclusivity, the menu will remain a secret until the night itself.
